I'm using Workforce in our Enterprise portal and have been using the same project since Nov 2022 and have had no issues with it up until now.
One of our mobile workers (who's used the app and map for over 3 months) can no longer enter the map for the project. He's logged into our Enterprise and can see the map to download, but when he chooses to download it he is hit with this error:
He's very clearly a worker now and can have assignments assigned to him, though his feature does not appear on the project map. It does appear, however, if I pull the map's Workers layer into ArcPro. He's rebooted, deleted and redownloaded the app, I've removed him as a worker and re-added him, but to no avail. When he's assigned assignments his GlobalID matches the WorkerID associated with the Assignments layer
Any thoughts?
I was receiving this same error message moments ago and realized that, while I was the OWNER of the map and a listed DISPATCHER, I had not added myself as a MOBILE WORKER. Doing so resolved the issue.

The issue isn't for me though, it's for one of my Mobile Workers. He's had access in the past, but suddenly can't access the project
