Mobile Auto Sync not working and creating errors

We are experiencing issues with requests completed and still showing open on the dispatcher window which creates confusion when creating assignments. Sometimes dispatcher assigns something that is already completed because of this. This creates many mistakes.

We have tried the auto sync, the manual sync has delays, removing the battery saver to speed up the process didnt help either. The only thing that works is to manually hit sync many times until its done. This process is not user friendly and its causing annoyance to both mobile users and dispatchers. 

I see other users commenting on this as well, but no workaround or resolve.

We have been struggling with this as well lately. My boss(s) and foreman are complaining to me that new and completed assignments are not doing the 15-minute auto-sync. 

The only thing I can figure out to do is to ensure there is a reliable and constant network/internet connection and to have the mobile user do a force sync.

This has been happening to us as well intermittently for months.

We are having numerous issues with this. We have a constant internet connection, either thru WIFI or the service provider connection on the device.  So, lack of connectivity is not an issue.
