Hello;
I add the layers that are available as items in my portal to the ArcGIS Workforce Worker-Dispatcher maps. When I assign tasks over the web, these layers are also included in my maps and I can assign tasks.
However, when I open the application as an employee in mobile view, I can see the tasks, but I cannot view the layers.
What needs to be done here or does such an idea not exist?
Thanks for your supports.
There's two maps. One for dispatchers and one for workers.
You need to customise them both.
Hello;
First of all, thank you for taking care of my problem.
Yes, two maps are created as a result of the application and I know that I need to add layers to these two maps, I have already done this.
You can see that I added it to the Dispatcher map in Web.PNG, and I added it to the worker map in the same way. As stated in the Esri documentation, we use the worker map on mobile devices.
Even though I add layers to workermap, as a result I can only see the assigned tasks as points on the screen of my device. Layers such as the path I added from the web do not appear on my mobile device.
Actually, this is the issue I cannot solve.
Regards.
Can you double check that they layers you added to the worker map are offline enabled? This is required to have them shown in the mobile application.
See the "Enable layers for offline use" section of the following help documentation.

Hope this helps.
Best,
