How do workers get the work once assigned?

I  have seen the page where work can be assigned. What I want to know is what happens next? Thanks.

Hi Brandon - Once the work is assigned (using the web app) the mobile workers are notified in the mobile app. If you'd like to see the full workflow, check out our Learn lesson Manage Hydrant Inspections. Is there a desktop version to assign to employees in an office rather than in the field type work?
