Hosted Feature Layer Attributes in Project NOT viewable

We are working on implementing a new UG Electric Locate(s) Project. We also want to add our Electric Infrastructure (Hosted Feature Layer in AGOL from ArcGIS Pro) as a layer in the Project. From opening the Dispatcher and Field Worker Map in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, I was able to add and configure the layer(s) and attributes. However, when opening the project in Workforce (Dispatcher & Field Worker Map), the user is not able to select a feature (Overhead Primary, Transformer, etc) and view the attributes behind the layer. Is there a setting I am missing? Need it to work the same way as Field Maps does (For viewing attachments, attributes, etc), without requiring our locator to open a completely separate map.

Thank You

What are you trying to accomplish with this? Do you need to pass attribute info from the added feature layers into Workforce, or is it just for reference?

I have our Electric Infrastructure Hosted Feature Layer (Produced from ArcGIS Pro) added as a reference layer inside our Electric Service Order(s) project in Workforce. Its so our foreman can click on a feature (Transformer) to get attribute data or a Service Meter feature to get customer information. This way, they don't have to jump our of Workforce and go into a different map. I added the Hosted Feature Layer by opening the Dispatcher and Mobile Worker Web Map via AGOL since the settings were already configured in ArcGIS Pro prior to uploading.
