if someone has the same problem, the solution is modify the Json of the web Map and put on the "typeKeywords": "collector".

Jennifer, actually we do not recommend this as a solution.  The Collector type keyword was intentionally removed from the web maps that are created with Workforce so they cannot be used in Collector.

The web maps created with a Workforce Project are meant for use in Workforce and we do not recommend they be used in Collector.  If web maps are needed in Collector, they should be created for that purpose and should not be the web maps used in Workforce.  

Can you go into more detail on your workflow and use case for needing the web maps in Collector?
