I have come across an issue with Workforce for ArcGIS, where user has applied filter to Dispatcher map and the filter is not honored in the dispatcher app. Here is the link to the video for better understanding of the issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/OX03V3fG
I would like to confirm if this is something by design or it should be a Bug or an enhancement?
This is a known issue and something we have in our backlog. If you'd like to track the issue, I suggest contacting Support so they can provide you with a tracking number.
