Just a FYI... it seems that workforce.arcgis.com is down. It is 5:20PST on 1/31/2017. Not sure if this is a good forum to post this info. If you have a better location, let me know.
Jake, I'm able to connect to workforce.arcgis.com; what error are you seeing when you try and connect?
Hi Craig,
We are not getting an error, we are just getting a blank page. I've tried it in chrome and IE10.

Hi Jake,
We've tried to reproduce the issue, but I'm unable to; I'm able to sign in using Chrome and Firefox.
Would also help to know what versions of Chrome and IE11 you are using.
Can you try clearing your browsing history and try accessing workforce again?
Craig
Jake, if clearing the cache doesn't correct the issue; can you capture a HAR file using Chrome during the operation that leads to a blank page. We'll dig into it tomorrow morning.
Craig
Hi Craig,
We are still unable to connect after clearing cache (Chrome, Firefox and IE10. We can connect using mobile devices and noticed a change to the interface (clustering). I have emailed you the .HAR file, I didn't see a method to attach it to my forum post.
- Jake
Thanks Jake, we'll dig into the HAR file and let you know what we find.
I'm also going to suggest that you ope a Support ticket so they can also look into it.
We did update the Workforce web app last night, but haven't been able to reproduce the issue you're seeing.
Craig
Craig,
Is workforce for arcgis sill down?
Raul,
We are not able to reproduce the issue that Jake reported above.
Are you experiencing an issue with workforce.arcgis.com? If so, can you describe the issue; does an error appear or is the web page blank? Does it occur when you sign in to Workforce?
If you are seeing an issue, what browser and OS are you using?
thanks, Craig
Craig,
The issue was that we need to use https on our side to access, workforce. Probably a combination of changes made to Workforce and security software that is running on our side. Thanks for the help!
