Completed Assignments no longer designated by Green Dot

We recently had an issue with Workforce and had to reload all layers. Since doing so the assignments no longer have the color coded designations next to the assignments it only shows on the map it's self. Below is a screen shot from a dispatcher screen. Previously next to a completed assignment you would see a green dot.
