Is there a way to automatically assign a job to a different worker for follow-on work?
I have a workflow where we do 400 cleaning jobs in an area a month as a part of planned works. About 150 of these have follow on work which is assigned to a different crew for inspection once they are cleaned. They're both in the same area and ideally the inspection work would be automatically created once the cleaning job is complete to reduce the amount of times there are crews in the one street.
Is it possible to have this sort of workflow? I was thinking that i need 3 types of jobs (cleaning only, cleaning - follow on, inspection) with completion of cleaning - follow on automatically triggering the creation of inspection.
Currently the solution is 2 layers in collector where the cleaning - follow on and inspection are all in the one job with a field showing the different status which both types of crews can see but this doesn't give the managers the ability to see who's doing which jobs.
