Adding Workers Not Listed in AGOL

Currently all my field workers are listed in one group Field Crews. I would like to add them individually to Workforce. Is there a way to do this without changing AGOL? Thanks

Hi Gabrielle,

You can add workers / named users that are in a group to Workforce; you should see the workers listed in the Select a User dropdown.

Thank Craig. The problem is Field Crews is the only named user. My license only allows 5 named users so I had to lump my ten teams under Field Crews. To use Workforce effectively I will need to have my teams listed individually as they each have their own areas. I was wondering if it is at all possible to add the individuals without upgrading my AGOL license.

I'd suggest talking to your Account Manager; they can provide you with information on how you can get more named users in your organization.
