I think it would be nice to see that when a note is added to an assignment that it alerts dispatch (like flash, sound, or pop-up) and something in reverse where if the dispatcher adds additional notes or attachments the assigned worker gets notified. This could possibly add a type of on-going communication between dispatcher and workers.
