It would be great if you were able to change the look and feel of the Dispatcher (Desktop) version of Workforce for ArcGIS. For instance, being able to change the order and naming of the fields in the Create Assignments pane when creating assignments. Additionally, it would also be beneficial if you could also add additional fields with associated domains to Workforce and add them to the Workforce Dispatcher UI.
As an example, you could create an additional field called Crew Number or Truck Number and add it to the Create Assignments pane under Assigned To dropdown. That way you could assign a Mobile Worker and specify the Crew Number and Truck Number the Mobile Worker was assigned to. Being able to add any additional information to the assignment and customize the the look would be a great enhancement.
This is especially important for our organisation. Surprised it is not already under consideration or at least reviewed. Should be no different that adding additional fields associated to the point location.
Our organization would also find this helpful, especially to collect information related to COVID before assigning a task.
This is in the product plan and being considered as part of the effort to add the Workforce capability to Field Maps.
