We have many clients who have requested the ability to setup their default filters and sort settings for Dispatchers. They typically always use the same settings and have to set them up each time they login. For agencies with a lot of assignments, this can be a little slow while they wait for the list to re-sort. Another option would be to just remember their last settings used.
