Does the Workflow Manager SDK support Visual Studio 2010?

You can use the SDK with visual studio 2010. The references do not show up under the .NET reference tab but you can add the reference needed by using the browse option to navigate to the bin directory that contains the libraries.

Yes, this will be at the next release sometime next year. ArcGIS Desktop SDK also does not have such integration hence the reason why this is not yet included in the product. This integration will be available at 10.1 release.

What version of Visual Studio do you have? It is only available in the Pro, Premium and Ultimate editions.
