Unable to trigger Workflow Manager Jobs using Survey123 Webhook in AGO

Hi, I am trying to follow the following steps to trigger Workflow Manager flow from Survey123:

Create ArcGIS Workflow Manager Jobs Using Survey123 Webhooks

However, upon submitting my Survey123, nothing seems to be triggered

I am using the following format for my webhook and have ticked the necessary:

https://workflow.arcgis.com/<your org id>/<workflow item id>/webhooks/createJobFromSurveyResponse/<job template id>

When I try accessing https://workflow.arcgis.com/<your org id>/<workflow item id>/webhooks/createJobFromSurveyResponse/<job template id>

(I have filled the necessary ID accordingly), I'm getting

{"error":{"message":"Resource or operation not found"}}

Have I missed out any steps? or kindly seeking guidance on this matter.

Hi,

Could you provide more information on -

Are both applications on ArcGIS Online or Portal? If it is Portal, what is the Enterprise verison?
What's the sharing level of both applications?
Are you able to create a record in Survey123? Is it just not triggering a workflow manager job?

I just tried to access the webhook link and got the same error message. Mine is configured correctly. So I think you are just not supposed to access the webhook like that.
