"Evaluate Data Quality" step does not show "Validation rules" error when with "Topology Rules"
The Error Inspector when click Validate shows an expected error “Must Be Covered By Feature Class of”
But the step in WorkflowMS “Evaluate Data Quality” does not find any error.
In addition, existing errors with "Validation rules" do not appears, if running with two options on - "Validation rules" and "Topology rules"
