On our ArcGIS 9.3.1 installation we have installed PLTS Foundation SP2 and PLTS Defense SP2 patch 1 (with 180 degree hotfix) in order to be able to produce our Defense datasets and resolve issues we had.
However after these installs and also installing PLTS JTX 9.3.1 SP2 (Admin Ed) we now cannot launch Arcmap templates from the JTX client. It appears to load the map document but then crashes with the following error:
"Unable to locate job -external component has thrown an exception". when I click OK to this dialogue ArcMAP crashes straight away and closes.
We are on XP Sp2 still.
I then tried to reload JTX SP1 but then got the same as above. It also will not load the task assist workflows now.
This is a big problem for us and has meant we now cannot use JTX. I cannot seem to roll-back any of the machines to get JTX working correctly again. Is there suggestions for how to get JTX running again?
