Has anyone used a single lat/lon point to define a job?
I developed code to create a polygon from a lat/lon point and a radius (created a circle, then added to ring). The resulting circle is displayed in map vew but the label for the job is not within the cricle on the map. All other job labels are within the defined polygons for the particular job. I have tried changing the label placement settings on the base map using ArcMap but nothing seems to put the label in the correct location for the circle.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
