Not able to hide fields using database templates on Utility Network in Web Editor

I tried to use the Store Editing Templates in the Geodatabase using an Add-in for ArcGIS Pro 3.3 workflow to create database templates on an utility network.
The queries used on templates are correct but the hidden fields are visible on web editor
On a non utility network service I was able to hide the fields.
Is anyone facing the same issue?
