Editing tools are inactive, how can i edit operation?

I did what you said but it didn't work, or maybe I didn't quite understand what you meant.

Can you please show me with a screenshot?

@JohnGoat the workaround that @lzorloni used is to change to another version and then change back to sde.Default..  In your screenshot, select the "B.test_y" version, you should see the Create Feature tool enable.  Then, open the Versioning dialog and change back to sde.Default, you should see the Create Feature tool enable.
