I am looking some help to get a custom widget built. I have a shapefile in my Web map that I need to rotate on a bearing from a point.
The shapefile is a wedge shape with the narrow point centered on a point on a map. I need to be able to rotate the wedge based on wind direction around the point on the map.
Can this be done?
