Web Appbuilder print widget creates huge labels

Hi, I'm trying to spin up a simple app to print map layouts from an AGOL web map using templates on our server. (Enterprise 10.6). Using the stock print widget, I have this intermittent problem with the labels in the output file. They are gigantic, nothing like how they appear in the map in the web app. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or does anyone have an idea how to address it?
