WAB Dev 2.6: AddData Widget

Am I correct in understanding that the AddData Widget that is included with WAB Developer v2.6 does NOT allow for kml/kmz files?  I don't see that option in my installation.

It is available option on the hosted WAB Developer, but I want to make sure that what I see in my WABDev2.6 install.

  Local KML file support was not added until WAB 2.7.

The Add Data widget supports uploading local KML files.

Hello, have you had success adding local KML files through the Add Data widget? I keep getting an error:

"Unable to load KML: Unable to load //*portal*.com/portal/sharing/kml status: 0"

Do you know if they will add the capability to add a KMZ? I know KML works, but not the KMZ.

I haven't found any info on this, but since 2.7 came out so recently, they probably just haven't released anything yet. Are you having issues with the KML vs KMZ?

From what I recall, I don't believe there is an option to select a .kmz file.

You're right there's definitely not. Only KML at this point.
