URL "find" parameter in WAB

I want to use the URL "find" parameter in WAB just like you can do in the webmap:

webmap example: http://phoenix.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=bf447e31ad814fd2951df1fb70cf8592&find=... 

Which produces:

I want to do this with WAB. Is it possible?

I've read  Use URL parameters—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS  and it says you can "To include more than one parameter, use an ampersand (&) to separate the parameters." but I have not been successful in getting it to work?

   Yes it does says that you can combine multiple parameters, but find is not a supported parameter.
