Hello, I currently use ArcGIS Online to make personal Web Applications. I would like to share these applications with my family or friends who do not have an ArcGIS/Esri account. I am aware that I could make the layers, map, and application be public, however, I do not want these to be open to anybody.
What would be the easiest way to setup users with editor/read-only access?
