I have a select widget loaded into a web app and have selected 2 layers to be the only ones it acts on. I want them to be always selectable, but I have a scale dependency set and it appears that that turns off selectability.
When the app is opened, the layers are not visible (and also not selectable). When the user zooms in, the features appear, but the user has to toggle them to be selectable, which I'd rather they not have to do.
When I turn off the scale dependency, the layers are selectable when the app is open, but we will soon have too many features for that to be viable.
Is it possible to force an override in this situation and have the layers be selectable whether or not they are visible?
