Query Widget: apply button did not work?

Query task Apply button did not work (grayed out) in Esri out-of-of box Query widget. Tried to re-configure Filter and also tried to set Filter from scratch, did not work either way (print screen attached). It seems like a bug.

Any ideas?

Can you share a screen shot of what the filter you are trying to apply without the error?

Hi Rickey, 

Worked for layers except Streamflow layer (numeric field). Apply tab grayed out for this layer. I tried to reconfigure filter in WAB Developer edition, not allowed save changes.
