Thanks for your reply Rebecca. Yes, i see that I can download it as a zip file, however as a developer I would really prefer to have a Github repo that I can sync too. This is what was available in later versions of the FlexViewer and having a Github repo saved me days of work each time a new release of the FlexViewer came out. Having the same capability for WAB would also provide the same time savings to many of us developer types. I would love to hear someone at Esri's plans on this.
