At one time I could print out of my web app using the print widget, but no longer. I've tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer and tried printing to PDF and JPG. Seems to me I've gotten the same thing on at least two different machines. I consistently get "Unable to load //utility.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/Printing/Tools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task/execute status: 403" . What am I missing here?
