Polygon feature layer did not draw on map (Web AppBuilder 2.4)

I published polygon feature in ArcGIS Online as a feature service and add it to web map. When I load web map in Web AppBuilder 2.4 (Developer Edition), polygon layer did not draw. When I changed the outline thickness in web map, it works in app when outline is equal or greater than 1.1 px. Any idea would be highly appreciated.

     I have never seem anything like that before. Can you share your web map that exhibits that problem?
