When I export my first WAB application and try to run it with IIS I get the following error message

Please sign in to access the item on  https://[Portsl]   (Web Map ID)

Have you shared the webapp used in the wab with everyone?

Check under the app's config.json if the PortalUrl and AppId are set correctly.
