OverView Map widget window is blank at full extent

Hi Folks,

I am using overview map widget through web app builder and have configured it with map, the map service is cached. However, it shows the map in overview map only after 5000 scale, before that it only shows the blank screen with the rectangle.

   Are you using a non esri basemap? If s does it have a scale dependency set?
