Layer List Widget layer visibility issue.

Hi.

We have a lot of layers on the map that needs to be visible only at specific scales.

The default Layer List widget doesn't seem to implement or handle this in any way and the problem is that user checks a layer and he doesn't know why its not showing on the map.

I consider this a major issue.

I just wanted to ask you if you ever run into this issue that i am experiencing.

​When i add the "'jimu/dijit/Message' to the Search/widget.js

This also happens with other esri widgets

​The widget breaks and it does not show at all.

Any help would be useful.

   I have not tried to add the message dijit to the search widget but I have added it to many of my custom widget without issue.
