I was hoping the layer list widget would recognize the dynamic layer setting of the service. The table of contents in the default ArcGIS Online Web Map recognizes that a service allows dynamic ordering of layers and lets you reorder them in the app.
Is it possible to enable this in the default Web Application Builder Layer List widget?
