How to geographically select features by drawing a rectangle on the map? Is there any widget for that? thank you in advance!

Diana,

   Sure the OTB Query widget allows this and there are custom widgets like the eSearch that does this as well.

  Custom widgets have to be added to your WAB following this help page guidance

   Be careful to pay attention to the space you are answering a question in. This is the Web AppBuilder space and ArcGIS Desktop has not relevance here.
