How to customise tooltips

Hello,

I am trying to customise the look of an app in the Web AppBuilder - specifically changing the tooltips for the tools and widgets on the map so that they are displayed in a different language.

In the image below you can see that i am configuring the widget with a new name, which is partly visible below the Default Extent widget below:

Despite saving my changes, you can see in the image below that this has not altered the tooltip:

Perhaps this a bug, or maybe it is not how it is supposed to work.

So how do you customise the tooltips?
