Using the out of the box web appbuilder the option to view and/or edit the time on a date/time field is not available. The web app field is set to show time and on the collector app and the edit app template the option is available. Is the a setting on the edit widget to allow this?
In short, using OTB Edit widget Time Fields are not respected. Per the developer in the linked conversation above, this enhancement is likely to be a part of the forthcoming UC release in late June.
Thank you Seth, guess we'll wait. On the App templates this is also an issue, on the Edit Template the option to edit time is available but it is not on the Filter/Edit template
