Does anyone know how to set Data Reviewer Server URL in Reviewer Dashboard Widget?

The default is the sample URL from ArcGIS. I want to use my own data. So I am wondering if anyone know:

1) how to publish my own feature layer to Data Reviewer Server?

2) how to configure Reviewer Dashboard by using my own data?
