Display 'bookmark' icons

Hi.

When I build a webapp with bookmarks (per the widget), the icons clips appear perfectly fine when I am building the web app. However when I go to actually publish the app, the icons will not appear, per attached. They worked perfectly fine in the beta versions, but for some reason they will not appear in the version 1.0 release. Anyone out there dealing with the same issue and/or find a workaround? I've tried tweeking the code but am not having any success.

Again, everything works fine in the Beta version. Same image clips are being used.
