Cost Analysis Widget: Length measurement

Hello!

We are working to configure the Cost Analysis widget in Enterprise 10.8.1 and are a bit confused about where the length measurement shown in the panel is coming from. 

I've got three different types of lines configured and have entered one stretch for each type ... 

I'm confused where the length shown next to each type is coming from.  For example, the above ground shows 5,014.51 ft, but the length of the segment is actually 1,765 ft.  Seems like all the segments are being multiplied by about 2.8 -- ???

I'm not seeing a multiplier for this anywhere in the project -- anybody got any ideas?

Turns out it was an incorrect assumption about the source data! 5k is correct -- phewsh!
