I am having trouble configuring feature pop-ups in Web Appbuilder.
If I enable a pop-up via the web map on a feature layer and the layer is toggled off by default the pop-up will NOT display in WAB when that layer is toggled on in the application.
If the layer is toggled on in the web map initially the pop-up displays correctly in WAB. Except that when you toggle the layer off in WAB the pop-up continues to appear anytime you click on the map even though the layer is no longer on.
My map contains a series of overlapping polygons that exist in separate layers. They are toggled on and off as the user requires. We require access to the pop-up window. This is a big issue for us. Hopefully it is just user error and an easy fix.
