Basemap widget not displaying any basemaps - Web App Builder

For some reason the 'Basemap widget' does not display any of the basemaps when opened.

Basemaps and all services are in the same projection (2193).

Tested with Beta3 and also the current version available through AGOL.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

No Basemap Choices in WebAppViewer

Thanks Robert - I have managed to work it out from that link. I'm using the downloaded version, and once I figured out that it was referring to the JSON file for the actual widget I was able to find the section referred to. In my instance, the basemaps were listed and then after them was about 6 or 7 empty objects! Removing them appears to correct it.
