Basemap gallery widget won't sync with organization setting after today's update (4/12/2018)

Question

Many of the web app builder apps I have set up for clients will no longer show all custom basemaps in the basemap gallery widget that are in the organization group. Yesterday this was working fine, but after today's update it broke this functionality for many of our maps. This will be very time consuming to go through all of my web app builder apps and change the basemap settings. Is there any way to fix this?

I am also having the same issue.  The webmaps that are the base for the Web Appbuilder show all of the organization basemaps but the Web Appbuilder only shows 1 of the custom basemaps (current basemap of webmap) we built and the ESRI ones shared with the Basemap group.  The other custom basemaps do not show up in Web Appbuilder.  I can add them through the import and I checked to make sure they were all the same coordinate system and used the same caching schema.
