Is it possible to generate a URL or make changes in the code for an ArcGIS Web App Builder developer Edition Web Application that opens a popup from a layer without zooming into the layer?
I realize that you can use URL parameters to generate a URL that zooms in and opens the popup. However, I want to have a popup for a feature open without zooming into that feature on initial load of the app.
The ideal situation would be to have one URL or configuration that allows me to have popups open automatically for up to two features on the Web App Builder App on initial load.
Is this something that is possible or someone has done?
