Hello,
Recently our Adopta program stopped accepting e-mail inputs giving the message,
"Unable to initialize security handler. No module named arcrest.security."
The only change made was the creation of a dashboard pointing to this layer to simply show how many have been adopted, I don't believe that would be the cause of the issue.
