We have enterprise portal 10.8 and I have added ESRI network utility services from our AGOL organization to portal. I am configuring a WAB application of public trash receptacles (points) with service day attribute. I've added a filter widget to filter by service day and now I'm wanting to add an analysis widget and configure the Plan Routes task. When I test the widget the travel mode for routes is blank? Can anyone provide some guidance on why the travel mode drop down is null?
I've noticed the network services from AGOL are in my content and shared with the organization
