AGOL Web App shows a different layout in Chrome only

I created a Web App using the Web App Builder in AGOL, and I used the Dashboard template. It has worked fine for the past 2 years, but a few months ago it suddenly changed and now when it is opened in Chrome the layout is different and some widgets disappear. When it is opened in any other browser it shows the original Dashboard layout and it works fine. I have tried everything in Chrome, from clearing browsing history, cache and cookies, and haven't been able to fix it.
