These files contains changes I've made to support other dpi values. They are hardcoded and I have not added support to set the valus through config tool for the print tool. To change the values I've added (600, 300, 200, 100), change the list called "Dpis" in the "CopyAllSettings"-function. I just put comments on the parts that are not relevant and I cant guarantee that it flawlessly works from scratch, but you are free to use it if you want to.
