For example, click a polygon to bring up the popup window, click the link to related tables, open the related table, then click a row in the related table to open a PDF or JPG. Currently the related tables have paths to the files, but I can't figure out how to get them hyperlinked. I've tried URL, UNC and local paths. None of them have worked.
